Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail. Cancellation must be received before the goods are despatched. If the goods have been despatched you should follow the returns policy detailed below.
Returns and Refund Policy
We do not refund, unless the item sent was faulty or we made a mistake. It that is the case, please return the item/s unopened unused within 7 working days and we will refund you. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty or the wrong item was despatched. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by La Saucy Salsa.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights.
