Congratulations Jodie Osborne on cooking up a storm with La Saucy Salsa Chilli & Garlic, your Arancini, fried stuffed rice balls with mozzarella and coated with breadcrumbs went so well together that you had to be the winner!
A huge thank you to Luke Hackman our hands on chef at the Gribble in Oving, the students really welcomed your wise words and advice on how to improve on all their dishes and took your compliments on what they had achieved extremely well! We look forward to carrying out this competition again! We will have to have words with Lianne Grogan at Chichester College.
